People Operations Partner

Role Overview

Partner closely with leaders and employees to attract great talent, create exceptional employee experiences, coach leaders through employee-related challenges, and help build programs that strengthen our culture and business performance.

What You Will Do

Lead full-cycle recruiting, build and maintain staffing agency partnerships, ensure a positive candidate experience, track recruiting performance metrics, conduct investigations, provide recommendations, and help resolve workplace concerns, deliver a seamless onboarding experience, support employee engagement, recognition, communication, and retention initiatives, and maintain accurate employee data and HR records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience supporting recruiting and employee relations activities
• Working knowledge of California employment laws and HR practices
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
