Role Overview

Join Masco Corporation as an FP&A Sr. Analyst and become part of a team driving long-term growth. The FP&A Sr. Analyst supports Group Finance and Corporate FP&A functions, playing a critical role in advancing strategic initiatives.

What You Will Do

Develop and enhance financial planning through forecasting techniques and performance analytics capabilities. Leverage financial and operational information to model complex business scenarios into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of corporate finance, operational accounting, and/or FP&A experience
• Effective communication skills with various functional areas and management levels
• Proven track record of handling confidential information and building relationships with C-suite executives
• Strong collaboration skills with the capacity to engage with a diverse team and foster cross-functional relationships
• Strong analytical abilities with expertise in financial analysis and the capability to connect financial outcomes to operational performance factors
• Ability to plan for and integrate multiple tasks concurrently as well as work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Experience in financial and operational modeling is preferred
• Hyperion Financial Management experience preferred
