Role Overview
Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Works with senior leaders to determine and plan for data analytics/reporting needs. Mentors and trains other data analysts.
What You Will Do
Collect, clean, and transform large and complex data sets; identify trends, correlations, and anomalies in data; create clear, concise, and visually compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports; present complex data and analytical findings to stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Analysis required or Bachelor’s Degree Related Field of Study required
- Experience in data analysis 5-7 years required
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, data visualization, and Business Intelligence tools
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate complex workflows and data to a variety of audiences
- Project management skills and/or experience a plus
- Knowledge and application of statistical analyses including variance analysis and statistical significant preferred
- Healthcare knowledge, particularly as it pertains to electronic medical record data, is preferred but not required
