Role Overview

The Executive Vice President, People Operations & Insights is an enterprise leadership role within the People and Capability organization, responsible for the strategic direction, governance, and execution of Mastercard’s global people operations, workforce insights, and people infrastructure.

What You Will Do

Own end-to-end operational excellence for the People function, integrating HR technology, shared services, and global service delivery into a seamless, scalable, and employee-centric operating.

Requirements

• Proven ability to drive operational excellence, governance, and risk management across critical people processes.
• Deep comfort working with data, systems, and insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Strong partnership skills with senior executives, P&C leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Clear, confident communicator with experience engaging at the executive and board-adjacent level.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes with discipline and transparency.
