Role Overview

Mastercard’s Security Solutions Organization (SSO) develops and delivers world-class risk, security, and fraud prevention products and services to Mastercard customers across the globe. The Fraud Reporting and Insights program powers data-driven decision-making and fraud prevention strategies and supports Fraud Prevention products and services across Mastercard and the Payment Ecosystem.

What You Will Do

As a specialist responsible for product operations, you will partner with the Global Product Management team to assist with data pulls and development of reports/dashboards for internal stakeholders, own the Mastercard Cloud Based Payments billing process, provide customer product support, contribute to the development of product strategies, and drive data analytics.

Requirements

• Relevant knowledge and experience with product management principals, product innovation and development.
• Self-motivated, problem solver who is results driven and has a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment.
• Outstanding written/oral, collaborative, and organizational skills; comfortable engaging and interacting with all levels of management.
• Knowledge of data analytics with the ability to interpret and translate data into meaningful insights.
