Data Analyst (Tinder Seoul)

The Data Science and Analytics Team at Tinder Seoul seeks a Data Analyst to lead experiment design, data analysis, and strategy presentation to drive product growth and improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading A/B test design, SQL for data analysis, and user behavior data analysis, with a focus on improving analysis efficiency and utilizing AI tools.

Requirements

• Experience in leading all processes from A/B test design to dashboard construction and insight derivation
• 5 years or more of experience using SQL for data analysis or equivalent experience
• Experience in deeply analyzing user behavior data, such as funnel and cohorts, and defining and operating key indicators (KPIs)
• Ability to structure and systematically organize insights based on numbers
• Ability to collaborate smoothly with stakeholders from various fields, such as PM, engineering, and business
