Now, we’re looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to take that momentum and turn it into our next chapter of explosive growth. This is not a maintenance role. This is a build role.

As CRO, you’ll step into the C-suite with a mandate to own revenue from every angle — strategy, sales, market expansion, and client growth. You’ll have the autonomy to shape how Plutus Health scales, the resources to back bold moves, and a seat at the table where the company’s future gets decided. What You’ll Own

Revenue Growth Strategy

  • Architect and execute revenue strategies that fuel the company’s next stage of growth
  • Spot untapped market opportunities and lead the charge to capture them
  • Drive aggressive, sustainable sales growth through smart partnerships and bold business development

Sales Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and energize a sales team that consistently blows past targets
  • Set the performance bar and the accountability systems that keep the team hitting it
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture where customer satisfaction and revenue growth go hand in hand

Market Expansion

  • Hunt down new market segments and emerging customer needs before the competition does
  • Lead the strategy and execution behind entering new markets and expanding our footprint
  • Partner with marketing to launch campaigns that turn heads and generate real demand

Client Relationship Management

  • Forge strong, lasting relationships with our most important clients and partners
  • Keep client satisfaction and retention at the center of everything you do
  • Unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities that deepen existing client partnerships

Revenue Operations

  • Design pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with profitability
  • Partner closely with finance to forecast revenue, set ambitious targets, and track performance
  • Align sales, marketing, and operations into one revenue-driving machine

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Use analytics to sharpen strategy and optimize every revenue lever you pull
  • Stay a step ahead by tracking market trends, competitors, and industry shifts
  • Bring sharp, regular insights to the executive team on performance and opportunity

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • 10+ years driving revenue growth, including 5+ years in a senior leadership seat
  • A proven track record of revenue wins in healthcare or RCM
  • Strategic, analytical thinking paired with the communication skills to bring people along with you
  • A history of building and inspiring sales teams that perform
  • Fluency in CRM platforms and data analytics tools
