The Role
We’re looking for a driven and curious Revenue Operations Specialist to join our Commercial Operations team.
You will contribute to Aimsun’s go-to-market operations by helping maintain data accuracy, supporting process improvements, and assisting in the alignment of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams. Your work will support consistent and scalable revenue growth.

Our target market segments are: National road authorities, City transport agencies, Transport consultancies, Universities & research institutes, Smart city programs, ITS integrators, Infrastructure developers.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Commercial Operations
- Capture and qualify commercial leads, ensuring accurate Salesforce records.
- Prepare and issue formal commercial offers and clarify pricing as per commercial policy.
- Actively support the closing of sales by engaging with clients, addressing their needs, and coordinating with relevant internal parties to ensure successful deal completion.
- Oversee contract creation, subscription setup, and invoice management.
- Provide ongoing customer support for licensing and subscriptions.
- Manage renewal cycles as per internal processes.
- Organise trainings and events operations and logistics.
- Respond to and troubleshoot clients’ queries.
- Escalate operational and commercial issues to the corresponding party.
- Coordinate with internal departments as required.
CRM & Technology Stack Management
- Own Salesforce administration: workflows, automation rules, user permissions, custom fields, and data hygiene governance.
- Manage data accuracy between Salesforce, Xero, and other commercial tools, ensuring real-time data sync across Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
- Evaluate and implement new Rev Ops tooling as the business scales; document all configurations and train end users.
Process Optimization
- Map end-to-end Next sales processes across all stakeholders; identify bottlenecks and design corrective workflows.
- Standardize and suggest improvement to quote-to-cash processes, including offer generation, invoicing accuracy, and renewal/upgrade proactive outreach.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and onboarding materials for commercial teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years in a similar operational role (e.g., sales operations, business operations, or process management).
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client queries efficiently.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience or genuine curiosity about transport, urban mobility, or infrastructure technology.
- Experience at a consultancy or professional services firm.
- Previous role at a software or SaaS company.
- Exposure to public sector procurement or tender processes.
- Fluent Spanish.
- AI-native mindset — comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to improve workflows, accelerate research, and streamline repetitive tasks.
