RevOps Technical System Analyst

Role Overview

As a RevOps Technical System Analyst, you will own, implement, optimize, and integrate the revenue tech stack to improve GTM efficiency and outcomes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will administer and optimize revenue tools, CRM workflow design, cross-system integrations, data governance, and vendor management.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include implementing and overseeing platforms for intelligence, forecasting, and automation, managing primary tools, interfacing with vendors, troubleshooting tool-related issues, promoting seamless communication between core tools, and evaluating the current GTM tech stack.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in a similar role
• 3+ years of hands-on CRM administration
• 2+ years of building and maintaining cross-system integrations and data quality processes
• CRM administration experience with Salesforce
• RevTech administration experience with conversational intelligence, revenue forecasting, sales engagement, enrichment/ABM, routing/orchestration, and document automation
• Integration experience with API-based integrations, field mapping, error handling, and monitoring
• Data experience with deduplication, normalization, enrichment strategies, data dictionary, and governance
• Project/change management experience with backlog management, UAT, release notes, training, and adoption tracking
• Communication and stakeholder management experience with clear requirements gathering, prioritization, and status updates
