Director, Mobility Partnerships

Role Overview

As Director, Mobility Partnerships, you will lead Material Bank’s expansion into the global mobility interiors market, building strategic partnerships with leading brands across automotive, aviation, and marine. This is a senior, external-facing role for someone who has spent their career within the mobility interiors ecosystem.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing founding brand partners while serving as Material Bank’s representative within a highly specialized industry. Success in this role requires credibility, confidence, and the ability to build long-term relationships with senior leaders across Europe and North America.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience within the mobility interiors industry
• Deep knowledge of the European mobility market
• Established network of manufacturers, suppliers, OEMs, and industry leaders
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior executives
• Strong commercial instincts with experience developing new business and closing strategic partnerships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build a business, create opportunities, and operate effectively with a high degree of autonomy
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
• Experience representing organizations at industry events and trade shows
• Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 75%) throughout Europe and North America
