Role Overview
The Product Marketing Manager will define how Matomo is positioned, understood, and brought to market, connecting customer and market insight with Product, Marketing, and Sales to sharpen positioning and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), turning product capabilities into compelling customer value, and ensuring teams have the messaging, launches, and enablement they need to drive adoption and revenue.
What You Will Do
The Product Marketing Manager will own positioning and messaging, customer and market insight, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, market and competitive intelligence, product adoption, and message consistency.

Requirements
- 5+ years experience in product marketing in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- Strong experience turning customer, market, and competitive insight into clear ICPs, value propositions, and differentiated product narratives
- Demonstrated success leading go-to-market initiatives and product launches across Product, Marketing, and Sales
- Experience building sales enablement that improves the quality of customer conversations and supports measurable commercial outcomes
- The ability to understand complex or technical products and translate them into simple, credible, and compelling customer value
- A customer-centric and data-informed approach, with the ability to combine qualitative insight, quantitative evidence, and commercial judgement
- Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly in a global, asynchronous environment
- A strong record of taking ownership, exercising sound judgement, and delivering measurable outcomes
