Role Overview

The Store Sales Manager leads the vision of Mattress Firm, achieves sales performance goals, and ensures teams put the customer at the center. They develop associates’ skills and performance, fostering a collaborative and motivated team dedicated to achieving success.

What You Will Do

The Store Sales Manager will conduct one-on-one meetings, develop a comprehensive team ‘bio book’, and have 30-60-90-day check-ins with new team members. They will also analyze company provided reporting, identify skill gaps, and provide technical and product knowledge information to associates and customers.
