Role Overview

The Store Sales Manager leads Mattress Firm’s vision, Company Initiatives, and achieves sales performance goals by holding associates accountable for the execution of in-store merchandising in multiple store units. This individual ensures teams always put the customer at the center and creates a compelling and engaging environment for MFRM team members.

What You Will Do

Conduct one-on-one meetings to gain a deep understanding of your team’s motivations and personal/professional aspirations. Develop a comprehensive team ‘bio book’ that grows alongside your team, evolving to incorporate new insights and knowledge as it is gained. Analyze company provided reporting to determine appropriate staffing levels for store location.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand or sit for 8+ hours at a time.
