We are seeking a highly disciplined and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to manage complex, large-scale datasets supporting our Benefits operations. This role requires advanced Excel expertise, a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy, and the ability to navigate incomplete or messy data environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Engineering or other analytical programs
- 5 years experience in analytical data-focused role
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., nested formulas, data validation, pivot tables, macros/Power Query strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated experience managing large datasets with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Experience working with incomplete, inconsistent, or “dirty” data.
- Structured, process-oriented mindset with strong organizational discipline.
- Ability to work independently and drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
