Role Overview
The Director, GTM Operations & Architecture will own the strategy, systems, design, and reporting that power Maven’s commercial engine. This role sits at the center of Salesforce administration, accountable for the business requirements and sales processes that drive it, providing the growth team with clean, trusted data and efficient workflows.
What You Will Do
The Director will own Salesforce as the system of record for the GTM org, ensuring the platform is configured, automated, and maintained to support the sales process end to end. They will also develop deep fluency in how Sales, Finance, and Analytics use our GTM systems, translate strategic and operational workflows into clear business and functional requirements, and lead AI strategy within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience across Salesforce architecture, revenue operations, or GTM systems, including time at a B2B SaaS or healthcare company. They will have built their own automation and AI-enabled tooling to replace manual GTM and revenue operations work, and will be proficient in Looker or equivalent BI.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience across Salesforce architecture, revenue operations, or GTM systems
- Deep hands-on Salesforce skill
- Experience at a B2B SaaS or healthcare company
- Proficient in Looker or equivalent BI
- Experience building automation and AI-enabled tooling
- Experience integrating Salesforce with systems around it
- Strong preference for Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect credentials
- Familiarity with Apex and sound judgment on when custom code is warranted over configuration
- Experience at a high-growth healthcare or healthcare benefits company
- Experience running a migration or system consolidation end to end
