Role Overview

Maverick Power is seeking a highly analytical and strategic FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis across the organization.

The FP&A Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, KPI development, and financial modeling while supporting the company’s growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related financial leadership roles
• Strong accounting background and understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Demonstrated experience leading financial planning and business analysis processes
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required
• Strong knowledge of variance analysis, profitability analysis, KPI reporting, and performance management
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to executive leadership and non-financial stakeholders
• Ability to influence decisions and build strong cross-functional relationships throughout the organization
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
