Marketing Analytics & Experimentation Specialist

Role Overview

As a Marketing Analytics & Experimentation Specialist, you will prepare marketing data for decision-making, plan and implement experiments, and act as a strategic advisor for customers. You will develop and steer the global test-and-learn agenda, and convey knowledge in workshops to enable data-driven decisions.

What You Will Do

Your tasks include preparing marketing data, planning and implementing experiments, and communicating with decision-makers. You will also develop methodological frameworks for measuring marketing success and ensure that the right KPIs are in sight.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of customers’ needs
• Ability to explain complex data models in a way that is easy to understand
• Knowledge of performance marketing or digital advertising
• Operational business understanding
• Ability to keep track of multiple projects and work structured
• Native-level German and very good English (at least B2)
