Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Salesforce Developer to support the design, development, customization, and integration of Salesforce applications and data platforms.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and maintain custom applications, objects, workflows, flows, Process Builders, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Apex triggers to align with operational protocols and requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field
• 0–5 years of experience in Salesforce development, CRM administration, system integration, or cloud analytics environments
• Strong analytical, system architecture, and data-driven problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL or SQL query writing
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, or Developer Edition) and data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench)
• In-depth knowledge of business processes, enterprise data structures, object-oriented programming concepts, and security models
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional reporting, technical documentation, and stakeholder collaboration
