Role Overview
MB2 Dental, a first-of-its-kind Dental Partnership Organization (DPO), is hiring a Director of Business Development to support the Vice President and Chief Development Officer in helping the company with its inorganic growth.
What You Will Do
Conduct initial evaluations of dental practices, interview selling dentists, conduct due diligence, and complete valuation models.

Requirements
- Must reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
- Bachelor of Art or Science in accounting or finance
- 2 – 5 years of investment banking, commercial banking, corporate development, or private equity experience
- Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills are imperative
- Knowledge of general accepted accounting and finance principles
- Healthcare transaction experience preferred
- Ability to see a transaction through from sourcing to close
- Experience working in fast-paced transaction environment
- Ability to travel 50%+ is required
