Role Overview
This role serves as a key operational partner bridging strategic priorities with practice-level execution across The US Oncology Network. Working alongside Regional SVPs, Finance Directors, Strategic Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders, this position ensures that practice operating plans are built, maintained, and translated into coordinated action.

Key responsibilities include strategic planning & alignment, project & initiative management, intake & prioritization, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business operations, project coordination, consulting, or healthcare services
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects or workstreams with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing business needs
- Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action
- Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet) and reporting workflows
- Proficiency in MS Office suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook, Teams, Copilot, etc.)
