Senior Collections Data Analyst

Role Overview

Mcredit is seeking a Collections Data Analyst to analyze credit portfolio data, build predictive models, and develop data-driven solutions to improve debt recovery operations.

The ideal candidate will analyze credit portfolio data, identify trends and insights, and develop predictive models, dashboards, and reporting systems to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, economics, computer science, finance, risk management, or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, risk analytics, portfolio analytics, decision science, business intelligence, collection analytics, or related fields
• Strong SQL skills to extract, process, and analyze data
• Experience using Python for data analysis, with a preference for candidates who have worked with Pandas, Scikit-learn, PySpark, or similar libraries
• Experience building dashboards and data visualization using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and proactively seeking out new business problems
