Growth Finance Director

Role Overview

The Growth Finance Director will act as the primary strategic Finance partner to the Chief Growth Officer and Growth Leadership Team, leading efforts to turn performance into insight and capital allocation into sustainable growth.

What You Will Do

The key components of the position include serving as primary Finance partner to the Chief Growth Officer, owning the Growth financial narrative and commitments, providing actionable visibility into performance, shaping major capital allocation decisions, and owning the standards and adoption of JET’s Growth economics framework.

• Strong commercial judgment with deep expertise in Growth economics, unit economics, and capital allocation
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear strategic narratives that drive executive management action
• Track record of constructively challenging and influencing senior commercial leaders and C-suite stakeholders
• Experience operating effectively within complex international matrices, balancing global consistency with local context
• Outstanding team leadership skills with a passion for coaching talent and building collaborative capabilities
• Pragmatic, action-oriented mindset with the ability to make sound decisions using imperfect information
