Sourcing Specialist II – Financial Operations

Role Overview

The Sourcing Specialist II will be responsible for reviewing and executing routine procurement documents, meeting with departmental customers to assess their needs, and sharing sourcing-related agreements and supplier relationships to facilitate issues, questions, or concerns and drive compliance and improve their purchasing experience.

What You Will Do

Review requisitions, purchase orders, and procurement documentation to ensure compliance with MCW policies and procedures, execute purchasing transactions, and maintain accurate documentation to support audit and compliance activities.

Requirements

• 5 years in purchasing/sourcing or analytics
• Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
