Role Overview

The Data Analyst Level II will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making for the department and organization. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of various business aspects, which helps in turning data into useful insights for the business and provider management department.

What You Will Do

Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, insights, and product opportunities that can improve performance. Create and deliver ad hoc reports and dashboards for various stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics)
  • 5 years of experience in a product analytics, data analysis, or similar role, with a focus on reporting and dashboard development.
  • Strong Proficiency in SQL and Python with the ability to extract, transform and analyze large datasets, write reusable functions, troubleshoot errors and optimize queries and scripts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to write complex formulas, apply logical and statistical functions, and create dashboards.
  • Experience working in a product-driven or technology-driven company.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to evaluate potential risks and translate business requirements into layman’s terms.
  • Knowledge of additional reporting and data visualization tools.
  • Experience in automating reporting processes and improving operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing user interfaces with a focus on information delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
