Role Overview
Seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience supporting Salesforce Data 360 in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce administration experience, understands Data 360 configuration and data management, and can work closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Administer and support Salesforce environments, configure and maintain Salesforce Data 360 functionality, monitor Data 360 ingestion processes, troubleshoot Salesforce and Data 360 configuration issues, and maintain dashboards, reports, and operational visibility into Salesforce data and platform usage.

Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a business or enterprise environment
- Practical experience administering or configuring Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, permission sets, user management, and platform configuration
- Familiarity with Data 360 data streams, DLOs, DMOs, data mapping, and identity resolution
- Experience creating and maintaining Salesforce Flows, reports, dashboards, and custom configurations
- Understanding of data quality, data governance, and CRM data management best practices
- Experience troubleshooting Salesforce functionality and supporting business users
- Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
