Business Development Manager

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will support the VP & BD on EMEA & global new business opportunities, including RFP’s, RFI’s, growth marketing, prospecting, and events. The role involves managing and coordinating RFI/RFP & Pitch Processes, leading prospect and market research, and owning the New Business Collateral Library.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will manage and coordinate RFI/RFP & Pitch Processes, lead prospect and market research, own and continuously improve the New Business Collateral Library, partner closely with marketing, manage the CRM, track and analyze growth performance, and support priority account and opportunity planning.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a B2B business development, growth, or marketing role
• Proven experience supporting and coordinating new business opportunities, pitches, proposals, and/or RFP processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Experience using CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• An analytical mindset
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Experience using AI and automation tools would be advantageous
