Role Overview

The Data Analyst will be the named analytics lead for Operational Excellence, turning process performance into trusted metrics, dashboards, and analysis that improve decisions across all facilities.

What You Will Do

The Data Analyst will define and certify the KPI, SLA, and baseline framework, deliver trusted dashboards, analysis, and the command centre intelligence layer, run the monitoring, escalation, and intervention cadence, model capacity and productivity, and evidence the benefit realised.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, with a bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field. Desired experience includes more than 5 years in analytics, including a period as the named analytics point of contact for a business area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
  • Tableau certification
  • Further study in data modelling or statistics
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
