Role Overview

The Global Commercial Office (GCO) is Medtronic’s enterprise team focused on turning commercial scale into growth, stronger execution, and better customer impact. The GCO Commercial Finance supports this mission by providing financial leadership, forecasting, investment discipline, performance insights, and operating mechanisms that help commercial leaders make better decisions and deliver profitable growth.

What You Will Do

As a Financial Consultant, you will be a critical member of the GCO FP&A team supporting the Enterprise Accounts, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Distribution, Group Purchase Organization and Remote Sales commercial segments. This role is responsible for revenue forecasting, financial planning, scenario modeling, and performance analysis that informs strategic and operational decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of Finance or Accounting experience OR Advanced degree with 8+ years of Finance or Accounting experience
• Experience in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and performance management
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
• Experience developing executive-level financial presentations, reporting, and business insights
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support business decision-making
• Strong proficiency with Excel and presentation tools; experience with reporting, planning, or data visualization tools is a plus
