Role Overview
The Marketing Communications Manager develops and executes integrated communications strategies that support business objectives, product and solution launches, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This role partners closely with marketing, product, sales, regulatory, clinical, and cross-functional teams to create clear, compelling, and compliant messaging across multiple channels. In addition to contributing strategic and hands-on communications expertise, this role includes people management responsibility, including coaching, development, performance management, and oversight of team deliverables.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement integrated marketing communications plans, create compelling content for internal and external channels, ensure messaging consistency, brand alignment, and adherence to communication standards, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, manage project timelines, deliverables, and review cycles, coordinate with agencies, designers, writers, and other external partners, support campaign measurement and reporting, assist with communications for product launches, events, thought leadership initiatives, and customer-facing programs.

Requirements
- Typically 5 or more years of experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, or a related discipline
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, English, or a related field
