Role Overview

The Principal Financial Analyst will serve as a strategic finance partner to the Defibrillation Solutions Marketing and Strategy organizations, providing financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytical support to business leaders.

What You Will Do

The primary responsibilities of the Principal Financial Analyst include partnering with Marketing and Strategy leadership to support financial planning, forecasting, and business decision-making, developing and maintaining financial models, and analyzing operating results and financial trends to provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of finance or accounting experience OR advanced degree and 5+ years of finance or accounting experience
• Experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis
• Experience developing financial models and performing complex financial analyses
• Experience evaluating business performance and providing financial recommendations to support decision-making
