Financial Planning & Analysis| Principal role involves creating reliable financial models, monthly revaluations, and identifying financial risks for investee companies. The role requires strong analytical and financial modeling skills, excellent communication skills, and a high level of ownership and results-driven mindset.

Requirements

• At least 3 years as FP&A leaders at a group with multiple fast-growing subsidiary companies or at least 3 years Financial Analyst / Associate / Senior Associate focusing on Financial Modeling / Valuation / Financial analysis at a investment firms in Vietnam.
• Proven track record as finance business partner in budgeting, medium- to long-term financial modeling, budget management and business finance analysis.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to create professional reports and presentations.
• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly present complex financial insights to senior stakeholders and business leaders.
• High level of ownership, persistence, and results-driven mindset.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify anomalies and propose solutions.
