Inside Sales – Client Service Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative – Client Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential for converting incoming leads into new business opportunities while providing exceptional customer experiences. As a first point of contact for prospective clients, you will shape their initial impressions of our firm and play a vital role in our growth.

What You Will Do

Generate new sales opportunities by reaching out to inbound leads via phone calls and follow-up emails. Use active listening and effective interviewing techniques to identify and understand client needs. Achieve and exceed sales closure goals on a quarterly basis.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in inside sales, required.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and targets.
  • Strong phone presence, with the ability to make numerous phone calls per day.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word).
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as HubSpot.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening, problem-solving and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Some college education, preferred.
