Role Overview
The Strategist, Marketing Analytics & Insights will independently report, analyze, and interpret marketing data to provide actionable insights that drive marketing decisions and performance. This role is responsible for developing reports, dashboards, and analyses that measure campaign effectiveness, market opportunities, consumer behavior, and service line key performance indicators (KPIs).
What You Will Do
The primary responsibilities of this position include developing recurring marketing performance dashboards, reports, and scorecards, analyzing campaign performance across all marketing channels, and presenting insights, trends, and recommendations to support optimization and future marketing strategies.

Requirements
- 4 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
- Demonstrated experience analyzing marketing performance data and translating findings into actionable insights and recommendations
- Demonstrated experience developing executive, stakeholder, and campaign performance reporting
- Experience developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and data validation
- Experience working with digital marketing channels and platforms, including paid media, website analytics, SEO, email marketing, social media, and lead generation
- Ability to manage multiple reporting projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines and stakeholder expectations
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
