Role Overview
We’re seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Commissions to join our Commercial Finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys working at the intersection of analytics, sales performance, and strategic business partnership.
What You Will Do
Administer and analyze sales commission programs across ORBIS while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. Support annual sales quota-setting processes and compensation plan communications.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance.
- 4–7 years of accounting or finance experience.

- Experience with SAP, Tableau, or Hyperion is preferred.
