Product Operations Manager

Role Overview

The MK Core PMO team aims to design and improve the organizational structure and processes of Mercari’s product organization, and to build a solid foundation for continuous achievement.

What You Will Do

Identify and resolve organizational challenges in the product organization, design and improve the reporting process and operational foundation, organize and optimize communication paths, build an onboarding process and knowledge-sharing system, and verify the effectiveness of policies and programs.

• Experience in product management, product operations, program management, or similar roles
• Experience in improving organizational and business processes in product organizations
• Ability to structure and concretize complex challenges, and to implement practical solutions
• Experience in forming agreements with diverse stakeholders, including product, engineering, and design teams, and promoting policies and programs
• Ability to organize and optimize information and arguments using documents, and to communicate them clearly
