Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or marketing analytics
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics, customer lifecycle management, audience targeting, lead management, and marketing best practices
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, analysis, and reporting
• Experience working with data warehouses and BI/visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Snowflake, BigQuery, Excel, and Power Query
• Strong expertise in data cleansing, data integration, exploratory analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and data visualization best practices
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and segmentation platforms such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud/Pardot, Marketo, CDPs, Google Analytics, and similar tools
• Knowledge of forecasting techniques, marketing analytics frameworks, attribution methodologies, and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
