Technical Partner Manager – Small Business/Retail

Role Overview

The Technical Partner Manager serves as the primary technical point of contact for Small Business/Retail ecosystem partners throughout the partnership lifecycle. Build strong working relationships with partner products, engineering, implementation, and support teams.

What You Will Do

Lead technical discovery activities, evaluate partner solutions, APIs, data flows, architecture designs, and technical fit within the Genius ecosystem. Develop and manage partner integration plans, coordinate cross-functional activities, and track implementation milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in technical partnerships, technical account management, implementation consulting, solution engineering, technical program management, or related technology roles
• Experience supporting API integrations, SaaS platforms, POS systems, commerce platforms, or enterprise applications
• Ability to travel as needed
