Marketing Expert — Paid Growth (AI Agent Environments)

Role Overview

Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. This is a contract role for a Marketing Expert focused on paid growth within AI agent environments.

What You Will Do

Design task briefs from real paid acquisition work, define task tests and expected decisions, specify documents and tool states, write reference answers, review AI agent attempts, diagnose campaign performance, allocate budgets, and optimize web and pricing journeys.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires hands-on practitioner experience in paid acquisition, fluency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics 4, and clear written reasoning skills. Preferred qualifications include experience building AI training environments or simulated case studies, and Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
