Role Overview

Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. The Sales GTM Expert – Evaluator evaluates AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics, identifying factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors, and providing clear, structured written feedback.

What You Will Do

Evaluate AI-generated artifacts, identify errors, and provide written feedback. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant professional experience in General Sales / GTM, is fluent in English, and is highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in General Sales / GTM
• Native or professional fluency in English
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides
