People Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

The People Operations Coordinator will be the first point of contact for employees and managers across the UK, helping to create great experiences behind the scenes. They will work at the heart of the UK People Hub, bringing clarity, care, and confidence to every conversation.

What You Will Do

The People Operations Coordinator will help resolve queries, support colleagues with HR systems, and collaborate with specialist teams. They will also help to continuously improve the way the company works, maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting activities.

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service, HR, contact centre, or shared services environment
• Good understanding of HR processes, policies, payroll, and employee benefits
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and confidently
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
• Exposure to HR systems such as HRIS platforms, ATS, LMS, or ServiceNow would be an advantage
• Proactive and solution-focused approach to problem solving
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with empathy and active listening at the heart of your approach
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a busy, changing environment
• Curiosity for learning and a desire to continuously improve the way things are done
