Product Data Operations Program Manager

Role Overview

Lead AI solutions and product data operations programs to support AI Monetization & Foundational products. Collaborate with researchers, engineers, product, and operations partners to define program strategies and resolve cross-functional dependencies.

Manage and deliver product data operations programs, partner with research and engineering teams, and break down complex data operations challenges into manageable components.

Requirements

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in program management, data operations, or technical operations roles supporting AI, machine learning, or data-driven product development.
• Fundamental understanding of AI/ML model development and the data requirements across the model lifecycle.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs involving data pipelines, data labeling, annotation workflows, or AI training data quality initiatives.
• Experience in analyzing operational data and communicating findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders at varying levels of leadership.
