Role Overview
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
What You Will Do
Develops and executes strategic business plan, coaches and develops team of sales account executives, prepares and coordinates individual and team action plans, and maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and customer service management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in steel service sales
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant course of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience
