FP&A Manager

Role Overview

Build the finance engine behind the company’s next growth stage, owning planning, forecasting, and performance insight. The role involves redesigning the finance process to be automated, AI-assisted, and decision-ready.

What You Will Do

Own planning and forecasting, build an AI-first FP&A stack, turn data into decisions, partner with the business, own management and board reporting, build business cases and models, and support fundraising and lenders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field
• 3-5 years in FP&A, controlling, or finance consulting, ideally in a scale-up or tech environment
• Strong modelling skills and hands-on experience with planning tools and ERP/CRM data (NetSuite, HubSpot)
• Demonstrated AI-first habits
• Solid grasp of recurring revenue (SaaS) business model and metrics such as ARR, NRR and churn
• Sharp analytical thinking and the ability to turn complex data into a clear recommendation
• Excellent English; German is a plus
• Drive, curiosity and ownership
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with experience building collaborative relationships across functions and constructively challenging senior stakeholders
