Metropolis is seeking a Head of Growth, Retail to develop and execute the growth and commercial strategy for the retail segment. This leader will shape the long-term vision and roadmap for profitable growth in Metropolis’s retail sector.
What You Will Do
Lead strategy and execution to grow our retail vertical and location base across all regions, drive commercial and strategic expansion, and scale innovative offerings.

Requirements
- 15+ years in the retail industry segment
- Strong background in strategy, business development, partnerships, P&L management
- Extensive contacts, respected relationships, and an established network of vertical-specific partners across the retail industry
- Skilled in financial modeling, structuring vertical-standard commercial deal terms, data-driven decision-making, and market analysis

- Base salary $200,000.00 USD to $230,000.00 USD annually
