Role Overview

Lead the marketing function through the development of marketing strategies for M/I’s products and services, coordinate market research initiatives, and interface with VP of Sales and Marketing to achieve sales objectives.

What You Will Do

Identify and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, recommend marketing strategies for company’s housing communities, build partnerships with senior managers, and research financial, technological, and demographic factors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years related work experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Leadership skills necessary to interface with executive level managers
  • Ability to think strategically and be innovative
