Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in AI, analytics, automation, and technical business problem solving
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with Generative AI tools and concepts
• Experience developing or supporting AI-enabled solutions
• Strong knowledge of data analysis, data transformation, reporting logic, controls validation, and dashboard design
• Good understanding of APIs, data flows, and the translation of business requirements into technical implementation
• Strong Excel capability; VBA or related automation experience would be beneficial
• Proven ability to identify where AI can be applied meaningfully to solve business problems and drive measurable value
• Ability to assess AI use cases through the lens of business value, technical feasibility, governance, and adoption
• Experience piloting, implementing, or scaling AI solutions in a business setting is strongly preferred
