Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will assist the Senior CDM in developing new channels and maintaining existing ones to support IWPB new business tactics. The role requires a focus on developing new relationships outside HSBC to deliver sustainable growth and profitability. The successful candidate will strive to deliver fair outcomes for customers in all situations.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities of the role include assisting the Senior CDM in on-boarding and developing new channels, maintaining critical existing channels, and ensuring fair outcomes for customers. The role requires a result-driven and able to work under pressure.
