Role Overview

Join HSBC as a Business Intelligence – Data and Analytics professional to harness strategic insights for the WCS Business Analyst team. The role involves conducting statistical and thematic analytics on digital query management data, collaborating with stakeholders, and implementing end-to-end reporting solutions.

What You Will Do

Conduct analysis, translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborate with development teams, and provide support and training to end-users. Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.
