Sales Manager

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will lead the front-end operations and expectations, delivering a customer-centric shopping experience. They will assist the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.

What You Will Do

The Sales Manager will manage and execute shrink and safety programs, assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits, and participate in the performance management process. They will also train, observe, and coach the customer experience team.
