Manager – AI Automation Development

Role Overview

This role is responsible for leading AI and RPA initiatives, driving the strategic implementation of automation solutions, and overseeing the design, development, and deployment of intelligent automation solutions and robotic processes.

What You Will Do

Defines the AI and RPA roadmap, leads and mentors engineers, provides technical direction, oversees integration, guides cloud deployment, establishes standards, collaborates with stakeholders, and monitors solution performance.

Requirements

• Typically has 7–10 years of relevant experience in software development, AI, RPA, or enterprise automation.
• Hands-on experience in programming, cloud platforms, and application infrastructure, including delivery and support of production solutions.
• People management experience, including team development and performance management, is preferred.
